I have been told that all HDMI cables will create the same quality, but I have used other HDMI cables and that is not true. In my opinion the Belkin HDMI cable produces a very sharp picture with great color. I used a different brand and the picture was not as sharp and the colors were not as accurate. Though this cable is more expensive than off brands - it performs.

I have been told that all hdmi cables are equal.... after purchasing this cable I found out that's not true. I've always had blu-ray but my old dlp tv only had one hdmi input which was occupied with a high end monster cable for my cable. I recently purchased a new 52" LED 240hz tv and bought this cable to hook up my blu-ray to it. The movies would play for a couple minutes then the picture would scramble and the screen would flash. I hooked up the monster cable to it and the problem went away. I have since bought another monster cable and threw the belkin in the trash. So there is a difference in cables, lesson-if you have high end electronics match it with good cables.
